There are many varieties of snapdragons, which are differentiated by the colour of the flowers, but also by their behaviour. Some produce flower spikes higher than 120-130 cm, and others develop as small rounded shrubs, not exceeding 25-35 cm. All varieties like sunshine, which provides rich and continuous flowering.
They easily withstand drought, but occasional watering in case of drought will allow more prolonged flowering. To enjoy the flowers longer it is advisable to remove the woody capsules containing the seeds, and if necessary, periodically clean the wilted flowers from the plant.
